How is my personal data processed?
Data is used to manage your account, trips, expenses and subscription. Technical providers process what is needed to deliver the service. The privacy policy explains purposes, legal bases and your rights.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Individual plans use PayPal and the methods available in its checkout. Enterprise payment is agreed directly with Receyo.
Can a business receive an invoice?
You can enter company billing details, including name, address and VAT or tax identification number. Individuals must provide their tax code. Contact Receyo for help with tax documents.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel renewal on the Subscription page. Your paid plan remains available until the end of the paid period; your history remains available to view and download. Cancelling renewal is not a refund.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect after any prorated adjustment is paid; a downgrade starts at the following renewal. The confirmation shows the amount and effective date.
Can I pause my subscription?
Eligible individual PayPal subscriptions can schedule a one-calendar-month pause from the next renewal, at least 24 hours beforehand. Cancel the pause before it begins or resume early by paying the remaining period shown at confirmation.
