How do you use my data?
We use it to manage your account, trips, expenses and subscription. We share only the data needed by our service providers. You’ll find the details in our privacy policy.
How can I pay?
You can use PayPal and the payment methods offered at checkout. For Enterprise, we agree payment arrangements directly with you.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
Yes. In Billing, enter your company name, address and VAT or tax identification number. If you’re buying as an individual, enter your tax code.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Turn off renewal on the Subscription page. You can keep using your plan until the period you’ve paid for ends. Cancelling doesn’t automatically request a refund.
Can I change plans?
Yes. To upgrade, you pay any difference for the time left in your current period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal. You’ll see the amount and start date before confirming.
Can I pause my subscription?
Eligible individual monthly PayPal subscriptions can pause for one calendar month from the next renewal. Request it at least 24 hours beforehand. You can cancel the pause before it starts or resume early by paying the amount shown. Annual subscriptions can’t be paused.
