1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of Receyo, a digital service for managing work trips, expenses and reimbursement documents. By registering or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms. The service provider is identified below.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity required to enter into the applicable agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your credentials and activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
3. The service
Receyo organises receipts, trips, mileage and reimbursement documents. Some features are automated or AI-assisted; others remain available manually. Receyo does not guarantee that an employer, brand, client or other third party will approve an expense or reimbursement request.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload, subject to applicable law. You grant us the technical rights needed to process them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload the material and for avoiding unlawful content or unnecessary personal data.
5. AI features
AI is an assistance tool and may make mistakes. Receipt extraction, classification, amounts, field coordinates and generated mappings must be reviewed before use or submission. If AI Credits are insufficient, Receyo may continue to operate in manual mode.
6. AI Credits
- Each plan may include a finite amount of AI Credits per period; AI usage is never unlimited.
- Plan credits renew according to the subscription cycle and may be prorated for the first period where applicable.
- Extra credits are separate from plan credits and are used after the regular allowance is exhausted.
- AI Credits are internal usage units, not electronic money, and have no standalone cash value unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Consumption depends on the technical cost of an operation and may vary with the document, AI model and provider pricing.
7. Plans, prices and renewals
Plan prices, limits and features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the conditions shown at checkout and in your profile. You may stop renewal using the available account controls; termination takes effect according to the paid period and the rules shown in the interface.
8. Consumer withdrawal rights
If you use Receyo as a consumer and applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance service contract, that right remains unaffected. In the European Union the period is generally 14 days from conclusion of a service contract. If you request performance during the withdrawal period, the legal consequences for services already supplied may apply. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting provisions in these Terms.
9. Payments
Payments may be handled by PayPal or another provider identified at checkout. Receyo may receive identifiers, payment status and reconciliation information from the provider, but does not directly handle your PayPal account credentials.
10. Referrals and promotions
Referral codes, discounts and promotions are subject to the conditions shown in the relevant offer. First-registration discounts are intended for eligible new users and may not be obtained abusively by creating, closing or recreating accounts. We may revoke benefits obtained through misuse. When a referring account is permanently deleted, its public referral code is disabled and the old link redirects to the homepage without a discount or benefit for the former referrer.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use Receyo for unlawful activity, unauthorised access attempts, bypassing limits or quotas, service interference, malware uploads or abusive automation. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, fraud prevention or material breaches of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Receyo reliable and available, but maintenance, outages or third-party failures may occur. We may improve or change features, plans and limits; changes materially affecting a subscription will be handled in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
13. Verification and no professional advice
Receyo helps organise documents and calculations but does not replace user review and does not provide tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice. Rates, distances, extracted amounts and generated documents should be verified when material.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by incorrect user data, unverified AI outputs, third-party refusal of reimbursement or third-party service outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Export and account deletion
Receyo provides tools to export account documents and start account deletion. Permanent deletion may irreversibly remove expenses, documents, credits and settings. Data that must be retained for legal obligations or legal claims may be kept in a restricted form for the necessary period.
16. Intellectual property
Receyo software, design, trademarks and proprietary elements remain the property of their respective owner or licensor. Your documents and content remain yours; using the service does not grant Receyo rights beyond those required to provide it.
17. Governing law and disputes
The agreement is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory applicable rules and, for consumers, mandatory protections of their country of residence where applicable. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law; these Terms do not restrict mandatory consumer forum rights.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
